TSI Wins Innovation Award 

PortaCount® PRO and PRO+ Respirator Fit Testers received Occupational Health & Safety magazine’s 2009 New Product of the Year award at the National Safety Council Congress and Expo in October.

TSI President Tom Kennedy comments that “TSI is dedicated to workplace safety by continuing to develop innovative products for occupational health and safety experts.”

The Occupational Health & Safety New Product of the Year Award honors the outstanding product development achievements of health and safety manufacturers whose products are considered to be exceptional in their ability to improve workplace safety. This award has eleven recognition categories, of which TSI won Respiratory Protection. The TSI PortaCount PRO and PRO+ Respirator Fit Testers were both selected in their category among forty other products that were considered for 2009’s New Product of the Year. The Occupational Health & Safety 2009 New Product of the Year Awards were independently judged by three industry experts.

In addition to being honored at the National Safety Council Congress & Expo, the winners will be featured on the Occupational Health & Safety Web site, 

www.ohsonline.com, and highlighted in the December 2009 issue of Occupational Health & Safety magazine.
